Request & Vision
We review your inquiry / contact request and decide whether we're a proper fit for one another. We don't want to waste each other's time and won't take on every request that comes our way. If we believe our skillset and experience can do your project justice, then we proceed to the next step.
Meeting & Scope
If we are a fit, we have our initial consultation call via video conference. We drill down on specifically what you need and how we can accommodate it. Together, we discuss goals, timelines, and requirements. We then clearly figure out next steps and a full plan going forward.
Proposal & Timeline
After the initial consultation, we create a proposal that includes a quote for the total project cost, with everything specifically laid out and a set timeline. The total cost is final and will not be changed, as we charge on a per-project basis, not by the hour. This provides peace of mind knowing what you initially see is what you will pay for the project as a whole. Payment is split: 50% up front and 50% on completion.
Design & Construction
If we both agree to the proposal, we begin work on design mockups for you. You're kept in the loop throughout. Once you approve the mockups, the actual site construction begins in a private dev environment with its own preview link. Once the site is fully built with all copy and content, we send the development link to you for review.
Launch & Handover
Once the dev preview site is reviewed and approved by you, we work to get it launched and live. Whether you're hosting with us or elsewhere, we are happy to help you complete the final step and get it live.
