1) Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Contact / inquiry forms: When you submit a form, we collect the information you provide (such as name, email address, business name, website URL, and message content).
  • Direct email: If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
  • Service account and communications: If you become a client (e.g., a hosting subscriber), we collect and retain communications, support requests, account details, and information related to delivering and managing your service.
  • Payment processing: Card payments for services are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not directly collect or store your payment card information, and the processor's own privacy policy governs the handling of that data. Payments made by bank transfer (ACH or wire) are handled through standard banking channels, and any banking details exchanged are used solely to process that payment.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, certain information may be collected automatically, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, approximate location (derived from IP), and referring/exit pages.

Analytics (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics to better understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics may collect information such as pages visited, time on page, device/browser details, and approximate location. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to perform these services.

4) Cookies & Your Choices

The Site uses three categories of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary: Session and CSRF security cookies set by the server. These are required for the site to function and cannot be disabled.
  • Functional: If you log in to the client portal at portal.blinkoncemore.com, a cookie called bom_client is set on the .blinkoncemore.com domain. This Site reads it solely to display a Client Portal shortcut in the navigation in place of the standard Inquire Now button. It contains no personal information (only a flag), and you can clear it at any time via your browser cookie settings.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga and _gid) to measure how visitors use the Site. These are not required for the site to function.

You can control or block analytics cookies through your browser settings. To opt out of Google Analytics measurement specifically, you can use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5) Data Retention

We retain inquiry and contact submissions as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, and comply with legal requirements. For active service clients (such as hosting subscribers), we retain account and communication data for the duration of the service relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter. We may delete messages and records periodically in accordance with our internal practices.

6) Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you submit. No online system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7) International Data Transfers

Because we use third-party providers such as Google Analytics, information may be processed in countries outside your country of residence, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

8) Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

9) Children's Privacy

The Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
